Parade Prepping and Potluck

On the Friday night before the Christmas Parade we headed to one of the girl's houses to work on the float!  We all had a BLAST!  I was having flashbacks of being in high school and working late nights on floats at various sorority sisters' houses.  Being an "Alpha Angel" in high school we always had a float for the homecoming parade.  Those were some of the funnest nights of high school...working on the floats with friends and walking in parades.  Anyway, I am so happy that Annaliese has these experiences as well.  All the kids got to create the stockings that were going to be part of the float.  All the parents worked together to get the float ready for the parade.  It was an exceptionally warm evening so the kids were running around, sweating, and having a blast!  Good times, good times!
