New Flannel Board and Apple Tree

Our "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Coconut Tree"

This is the official start of our blog that will include not only family events but some of the fun things that Annaliese and I will be learning together.  We have decided to not enroll Annaliese in a preschool just yet and instead do many things at home together.  On Labor Day Weekend Daddy and Mommy worked hard to make a few things for the start of our "home preschool" together.  Daddy helped by making an "outside" flannel board for us to use as well as our Chicka Chicka Boom Boom Coconut Tree.  You get creative with limited wall space when teaching inside of a home and decide on using things such as the inside of a laundry room door!  The theme for the first week is Apples!  So as you can see we have our apple tree and coconut tree ready and all!
